Production
The orders normally take 5 - 10 business days to leave our factory. However, it may take longer during holidays or periods with extreme weather conditions.
Shipping
We currently use Canada Post Expedited service for our shipping.
During these times of increased demand, the estimated delivery may take 3 - 5 business days.
Pick up
There is an option for Pick-Up on the Check Out page. Pick-up is by appointment only. Contact us for more information or questions regarding this option.
Return & Exchange policy
Satisfaction and quality are top priority. We accept exchanges up to 14 days from the date of purchase.

The garment must be in the original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and must have all tags attached.

If the garment has manufacturing flaws or defects in any way, we will replace the item at no shipping expense to the customer.
